Artivism Futures: Reimagining Human Rights Activism

ART co-hosted a workshop in London on 14-15 November in collaboration with Amnesty International and CIVICUS, a global network of social movements and community groups. The event, titled Artivism Futures: Reimagining Human Rights Activism, showcased the work of artists and activists who had participated in commissioning calls on the right to protest in Europe and the need to protect civil society and civic space. Including a mixture of closed and open public events, the workshop served both to crystallise findings from the project and initiate new collaborations for the future.
